Controlling Political Language

Democrats have this incredible power, and that's their ability to control speech and the narrative. In almost every instance, democrats will say “immigrant” in place of “undocumented” immigrant. They will sometimes use the latter when it's to position for a specific policy, but they will never use the legal term, “illegal alien.”

Another area where democrats love to play with the language is when they talk about transgenders. They will talk about “trans” and restroom use. Absolutely no one believes cross-dressing(transvestite) men should be using ladies restrooms, but many people believe transsexual women should use the ladies restroom. Democrats love to take everything to the extreme, so they will never limit the conversation to specifics.

For those who don't know the difference, men cross-dressing is considered a fetish. There are those who see themselves as non-gender binary, or having no gender, that isn't sexual in nature. I'm quite sure that even most democrats believe that only those who have begun hormone therapy should use the restroom of their visual gender.

Fake Hate Crimes List

Before I list the many fake hate crimes, let's talk about some recent events. We are just a few weeks into 2019, and we’ve already seen two high-profile instances of the left deliberately lying about Trump supporters to push their narrative that the right is dangerous. Democrats keep telling us how most hate crimes are committed by the right, but the Jussie Smollett case reminded us of how many fake hate crimes there have been. There are hate crimes committed by the left and right, but I'm not sure I ever heard of someone on the right committing a fake hate crime. (I should note that white supremacists aren't the ideological right, they span many ideologies.)

Many fake hate crimes are done to make the other side look bad, but some are done simply for attention, Smollett thought he could get enough attention to make him more famous and get a raise from his meager income of $100,000 per episode salary. Smollett also hated Trump, so it's no surprise he chose to portray his attackers as MAGA, white males.

Angry Mobs Rule

This week there was outrage when a photo of Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam came out that showed him in blackface or a KKK costume. He has gone back and forth on if he is either person in the photo. For me it doesn't matter if he is in the photo, what concerns me are the calls for him to resign. The photo was taken 35 years ago while he was in college. I've been told it was a party and the theme was to come as something offensive.

I've spent a lot of time on twitter speaking out in his defense, not because I believe he is a good man, but because I've seen no evidence that he is currently a racist. The fact democrats elected him to office would suggest they didn't believe him to be a racist. I have no idea if he is or isn't so I must assume he isn't based on his record.

Stolen Land

For years we have seen people posting memes about how the white, mainly British, people stole land from native Americans(indians). There is no doubt some things that happen in the past wouldn't be acceptable today. Almost every country in the world has had its borders changed because of war and colonization. The world of 300 years ago was a lot different from the one in which we live today—or is it?

President Obama made it clear he was against African colonists. Not all aspects of British colonization were bad, but I want to speak more to the colonization of North and South America. I've watched over the years as a friend and others posted memes about how white people stole native lands. This is something that happened 300 years ago, but we're reminded of it daily.

You might be asking why we're reminded of something that happened 300 years ago, and why are white people of today being blamed? No one alive in America today stole anyone's land. This is simply a political tool devised by the Democratic Party to divide the nation in order to gain power. I've written before how Civil War history has been revised by both parties for political gain.

“Left” and “Right” Confusion

We keep hearing the terms “left” and “right”. I doubt most people even know where those terms came from when applied to political ideology. The terms “left” and “right” wing are based on the seating arrangements in the French National Assembly, which directly preceded the French Revolution. Some believe those terms represent certain beliefs, and they did in the beginning. The aristocracy sat on the right side of the Speaker, which was traditionally the seat of honor, and the commoners sat on the left. This gave birth to the terms “right-wing” and “left-wing” politics. The left had been called “the party of movement” and the right, “the party of order.”

Scarlet Letter: Mob Rule

In June 1638, in Puritan Boston, Massachusetts, a crowd gathers to witness the punishment of Hester Prynne, a young woman who has given birth to a baby of an unknown father. She is required to wear a scarlet 'A' on her dress when she is in front of the townspeople, to shame her. The letter 'A' stands for adulteress. Her punishment (because adultery was illegal at the time) is to stand on the scaffold for three hours, exposed to public humiliation, and to wear the scarlet 'A' for the rest of her life. As Hester approaches the scaffold, many of the women in the crowd are angered by her beauty and quiet dignity. When demanded and cajoled to name the father of her child, Hester refuses.

Although the Scarlet Letter was a fictional story, similar things have happened throughout history. In the past, people have been publicly humiliated for many crimes, including speech. Throughout history, speech has been tightly controlled. Even today, there are countries where you can be whipped, stoned, or imprisoned for speaking out against religion or government. When the founders of the United States created the Constitution, they decided the language for protecting speech needed to be more defined, so they added the 1st Amendment.

The Coup To Control The USA

A caravan, as described by the media, of 1000 individuals entered Mexico from Guatemala. This group of people from Central America marched north carrying signs. One of those signs read: “Fuera Donald Trump.” In spanish "fuera" is used when you want to talk about, dreams and wishes, even though the direct translation means outside.

This means the those in the caravan and those who orchestrated it meant this to be an in-your-face-Trump invasion of the USA. We are told these caravans happen annually, but they typically get little media attention other than to tell us about the poor little children all alone in the desert. When one of these caravans crossed the US border, Glenn Beck fell for the propaganda and actually took toys to where these people were being held. Democrats and progressive republicans even made a law to protect Unaccompanied Minors. Because of such a law they will put children, teenagers, at the front of the line to make it appear it's just a group of children. The media will spread those images all over television and the internet. This is to play on emotions and to hide what is really happening.

Blacks, Crimes, and Sentencing

We have the NFL National Anthem protests about police injustice. That seems to also include minority sentencing. There is no doubt that blacks get longer sentences than whites. Pointing to racism is the usual reaction, but is that the reason? I am sure that could be some of the cause, but I suspect that's not the global reason.

We know that blacks and other minorities make up a large portion of the gang activity in US cities. I suspect that a gang member will get more prison time for possession of cocaine than someone who isn't in a gang.

We also know that crack cocaine is more widely used by blacks than whites. Crack often gets a longer sentence than other drugs because it's one of the most addictive drugs on the streets. A person can get addicted from a single use. A crack addict once told me he would sell his mom for a rock. He surely didn't mind stealing from his mother.

Symbols of Hate

Recently, we have been bombarded by news of hate symbols. These symbols have varied from Swastikas to cotton balls. Yes, you heard this right. There has been two instances of people being offended by decorations made from raw cotton, which is common throughout the southeast where cotton is one of the main crops. These decorations are enjoyed for their rustic beauty.

The use of certain words have been a point of contention. A sorority was threatened with suspension for singing along with a hip-hop song that contained the word “niggas”. This is a word I have often heard by whites and blacks since it became popular in the hip-hop music genre.

The Beginning of The End of America

There has been a movement since the 1930's to change America. Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Democratic Party used the Great Depression to begin a progressive takeover of the country. This takeover came in the form of higher taxes and price controls.

Today, we see the Democratic Party, the ideological left, using the same tactics. Progressives, despite the name, believes capitalism is the root of all evil. They believe government should either own or place tight controls on all businesses, no matter if it's large or small. Some might liken their goals and tactics closer to those of Karl Marx. In either case, the result is always failure.

Racism and Prejudices

I was asked recently why Jews are hated. I found that to be a thought provoking question. It led me to doing a lot of reading. Even after that I saw no clear reason. In biblical times it had a lot to do with their religious believes. Hitler hated Jews because of his time spent living in anti-Semitic, Vienna. Hitler later came to associate Jews with communism. This is likely due to the part Jews played in the Russian Bolshevik revolution.

In Poland, "Judeo-Bolshevism" was known as "Żydokomuna" and was used as an antisemitic stereotype. There has been a long connection between Judaism and communism. Some say this is a fallacy attributed to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion that told of a plan by Jews to dominate the world through communism.

The Blame Game

In the aftermath of the worst disaster in the history of our country, you at first have tears in your eyes for the victims. Then comes the blame game, namely, finger pointing at President Bush. I have somewhat been involved in disaster preparedness and from my point of view; the state of Louisiana let these people down. The mayor who should have seen to it they had some type of disaster plan played the blame game when he himself is to blame.

Let's look at all the blame. Let's start at the top where most say all the blame lies. Bush may have waited longer to act than I would have. Yet, how do we know when he acted? Could he have sent in federal troops sooner, maybe, but at what cost? I heard reporters screaming for troops to come in and restore order. If Bush had done that he would have been arrested for one of the most horrendous acts a president can make. He would have violated the Posse Comitatus Act. No federal soldier in this country can act as police force without martial law being initiated. I doubt anyone wanted that to happen in New Orleans.
